Recently Microsoft has released a bunch of security updates for the latest windows 10 to provide additional protections against malicious attackers. Part of the September 2021 patch Tuesday update windows 10 KB5005565 (OS Builds 19041.1237, 19042.1237, and 19043.1237) available for the latest version 21H1 and version 20H2, KB5005566 (OS Build 18363.1801) available for Windows version 10 version 1909. Organizations running the Enterprise or Education edition of Windows 10 version 1607 also receive KB5005573 (OS Build 14393.4651) security updates as well. And all these update packages include both security and non-security improvements. It’s worth noting that most of the non-security improvements included in this release are aimed at businesses and enterprises.
Patch Tuesday updates are cumulative updates that usually only include minor patches and security fixes, rather than any new features.
- Includes additional bug fixes for the PrintNightmare vulnerability, and Microsoft has also addressed a security bug known as MSHTML.
- Delivers security fixes for 60 vulnerabilities (three critical, one moderate, and 56 important)
- Microsoft has addressed 27 elevations privilege vulnerabilities, two security feature issues, 16 remote code execution bugs, and more.
- In addition to the security fixes, Microsoft has also published an update for the Windows Update service to improve its reliability and performance.

Windows 10 April 2018 update version 1803 has reached the end of support on November 12, 2019, but the company has released update KB5003174 (OS Build 17134.2208) for enterprise users to fix several problems and improve security.
Older version of Windows 10 1607, Anniversary update not supported but for organizations running the Enterprise or Education edition of Windows 10 receive update KB5001347, which brings security improvements and bumps up the version number to 14393.4350.
