To do this open the command prompt as administrator, and perform command below to Reset or reinstall the TCP/IP protocol.

Here right-click on 26 key and select the Permissions option. When you click on permission this will open a new window. Select Everyone from the usernames list and check enable “Allow” checkbox given for “Full Control” permission. click apply and ok to save changes.

Then again open the command prompt ( admin ) and type Full Control permission netsh int IP reset and hit enter key to Reinstall the TCP/IP protocol without any deny error.

Reset Winsock Catalog to a Clean State


After Reset, The TCP/IP protocol now perform below command to reset Winsock catalog to a clean state.

Reconfigure Networking connection setting


Now try to Reconfigure the Network connection Settings to its default setting by performing bellow command.


ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns

Reinstall the TCP/IP protocol


Press Windows Key and Press R, type ncpa.cpl and Click OK. If you have a wired connection or wireless, whatever is the active connection, right-click on it and choose Properties.


Under This Component Uses the Following Items, click Install button. Click Protocol, then click the Add button. Click the Have Disk button. Under Copy Manufacturer’s files from box, type C:\windows\inf and click OK.


Reinstall TCP IP protocol


Under the Network Protocol list, click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and then click OK.


If you get the This program is blocked by group policy error, then there is one 
other registry entry to add to allow this install. open Windows registry and navigate
to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\safer\codeidentifiers\0\Paths.
Right click on paths in the left pane and click Delete. Now repeat the above process
to reinstall TCP/IP.

Run System File Checker


Also, Make sure any corrupted missing system files not causing the issue by running the system file checker tool. Which scan and look for missing system files. If found any the SFC utility restore them from a compressed folder located on %WinDir%\System32\dllcache. 


And after performing all above steps Restart your computer and check it should fix the issue.
