Use the Last Known Good Configuration to Start Windows

To do this Again access Advanced options and click on the command prompt.
Type C: and hit Enter.
Type BCDEDIT /SET {DEFAULT} BOOTMENUPOLICY LEGACY and press Enter, To Enable Legacy Advanced Boot Menu.
Type exit and press Enter. Go back to the Choose an option screen, and click Continue to restart Windows 10. Eject your Windows 10 installation disk to get Boot options. On the Advanced Boot Options screen, use the arrow keys to highlight “Last Known Good Configuration (Advanced)” and then press Enter. Windows will start normally.
Rebuild BCD configuration and Fix MBR
Again If the Boot Configuration Data is missing, get corrupted, you cannot boot your Windows normally. attrib bcd -s -h -r
ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old
bootrec /RebuildBcd

Some Other solutions ( Run CHKDSK, Perform System restore )
Sometimes checking Disk Drive errors using CHKDKS command and force CHKDKS command to fix disk errors with some extra parameter /f /x /r fix most of the startup problems on windows 10.
